Questions

Does the AI contact leads on its own?

Only through a sequence you turn on. Every send is logged on the guest card.

Who gets text messages?

Only leads who agreed to texts. Replying STOP ends them, and texts respect quiet hours in the lead’s time zone.

Can it call leads?

It creates a call task. One tap dials from your own phone and you log the outcome. There are no AI voice calls.

Are the templates fair housing safe?
