• Who sends them

  DoorKeeping, made by DoorRaise, Inc., sends them from +1 (877) 316-0088 for the landlord or owner of your home.

• How you sign up

  You check an unchecked box with the words below: when you join your home from your landlord's invite, in your DoorKeeping tenant account, or, for local pros, on a job link. A landlord may also check a box saying you told them you agree. Signing up is optional and never a condition of renting.

• What we send

  Rent reminders and payment updates, maintenance updates (a repair is booked, a visit time), notices about your home (like a water shutoff), and answers to your texts. Local pros get job offers and job updates. No marketing or ads.

• How often

  Message frequency varies. Most people get a few texts a month.

• Cost

  Msg & data rates may apply. DoorKeeping never charges for texts.

• How to stop

  Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You get one text confirming it, then no more. Reply START to get texts again. You can also turn texts off in your DoorKeeping account.

• Help

  Reply HELP and we answer: "DoorKeeping: help at support@doorkeeping.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop." You can also write to support@doorkeeping.com.

• Your number stays private

  Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. We use your number only to send the messages described here.
