How long does setup take?
Most owners import their rent roll and connect their AI app in under an hour. You can try the sample portfolio first.
Do I have to use AI?
No. The web app shows your rent, approvals, leases and reports. The AI app is the fastest way to ask and act.
Who moves the money?
You do. Tenants pay you directly, into your own bank. DoorKeeping never holds your money and sends a payment only when you approve it.
What needs my approval?
Anything with money or a legal step: renewals, deposit returns, bills from your helpers and notices to many tenants.
When does billing start?
When DoorKeeping matches your first rent payment. Signing up, adding units and trying everything are free until then.
