How we protect your data
Sign in with an email code or a passkey
You sign in with a code we email you, or with a passkey where your device supports it. We never store a password, and your fingerprint or face data never leaves your device.
You see only your own data
The database only lets the members of your organization read your portfolio. No one else can.
Every action has a record
Every approval and every action your AI app takes is written to a log that says who did it: you, staff, the agent, your AI app or DoorKeeping. Entries can be added but never changed or deleted.
You choose what your AI app can read
Claude and ChatGPT connect through a secure sign-in, and we keep only a scrambled copy of each access key. A connection lasts at most 90 days. You pick which portfolio the app can read, and you can disconnect it at any time.
The AI cannot approve money or legal steps
Payments, signatures, legal notices and applicant decisions wait in your approvals queue. Your AI app can reject an item, but it cannot accept one. Accepting happens only on doorkeeping.com, where you open the link and tap Accept.
