What you get

DoorKeeping is built for owners and property managers with a small team. Invite people by email and give each one a role: partner, admin, accountant, lawyer, viewer, maintenance or property owner. Every invite and role change is recorded.

  • No seat fees

Your price is per unit. Adding people costs nothing.

  • Access by job

Your accountant reads the books and reports. A property owner sees only their own properties.

  • One record

Every invite and role change shows who made it and when.

Questions

Does each person cost extra?

No. You pay $2 per unit per month, however many people you invite.

Can my accountant get access?

Yes. The accountant role reads the books, bank lines and reports, and never messages tenants or moves money.

Who approves payments?

The owner and any partner (a co-owner). Everyone else prepares the work, and an owner approves money and legal steps.
