Connect one QuickBooks company per LLC
In Settings, click Connect to QuickBooks next to the company and sign in. DoorKeeping asks only for the accounting data.
Confirm how your accounts match
DoorKeeping proposes a QuickBooks account for each of yours and a Class for each property. You approve it once.
Your closed books go to QuickBooks every day
Each closed day becomes one summary journal entry, totals by account with each property as a Class. Cash goes to a DoorKeeping clearing account.
Nothing changes without you
A day already in QuickBooks changes only after you approve it. Tenant names never go to QuickBooks.
Pricing
$2 USD per unit per month, every feature included, QuickBooks too. Disconnect any time in Settings; entries already in QuickBooks stay.
